Making: Guacamole Toast

This is one of the easiest, most delicious, relatively health snack/lunch ever! You just get the ingredients above: 2 (ripe) avocados, 1 tomato, 1/2 red onion, a bunch of fresh cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, 1 lime, 1/2 a tablespoon of mustard seeds, crushed red pepper (optional).

1. Toast the Bread 3 minutes (I prefer a good sourdough loaf)

2. Skin and dice the onion, tomato, and cilantro and put them in a bowl

3. Skin and dice the avocados and add the lime to prevent browning

4. Add all of the ingredients together

5. Add mustard seeds and then squeeze the rest of the lime juice

6. Spread some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the bread

7. Add some salt and pepper to the guacamole

8. Spread the guacamole on the bread

9. Add crushed red pepper on top of the guacamole for a little extra kick (optional)

Time: 20 minutes

-Even easier you say?-

1. Buy Wholly Guacamole Minis (the four-pack mini cups in the flavor you wish)

2. Toast the Bread 3 minutes (again I prefer a good sourdough loaf)

3. Spread some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the Bread

4. Spread one of the Wholly Guacamole Cups of Guacamole on the Bread

5. Add crushed red pepper on top of the guacamole for a little extra kick (optional)

Time: 5 minutes
