I had a little lunch date at Capital Grille and decided to wear a very casual look (jeans and a white ruffled button-down) with Sam Edelman knee-high cognac boots and a large lapel coat. I am loving this large lapel coat that I scooped up at cute online boutique, I Saw it First, because it’s cozy, oversized, longer than most of my other jackets, and under $50! I also enjoy the fact that it lends a bit of unintentional drama to an otherwise easy, classic look.

I am a big fan of the concept that if you find something that works for you, buy it in multiple colors.
This little round up will show you that I bought these amazing earrings in both hot pink and turquoise…because they are so fun, versatile, and less than $15 a piece! I also scooped up these block-heeled sandals in both hot pink and blue, because hot pink and blue are having a MAJOR moment in my wardrobe and these shoes are the most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn (bonus: they are on sale right now)!
Other things I fell in love with: this gorgeous dress in a fun summer color, this adorable southern tee that I can’t wait to style with my favorite white shorts, and I can’t get over how perfect this little shift dress is for a girls’ night out carrying this fabulous clutch or the chicest poolside coverup!
Lastly, I am OBSESSED with dressing my table for dinner parties. (View my Lemon Table here). So naturally I was head over heels for these lovely cherry napkins that I can imagine as the beginnings of a beautiful summer tablescape.
I hope everyone had a great weekend!
This weekend we went to the wall by Fortuity in Kansas City, Missouri to shoot our awesome heart KC shirts from Charlie Hustle. Charlie Hustle has partnered up with American Heart Association during the month of February which is heart month. The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. Charlie Hustle has teamed up with the AHA to design the second annual exclusive KC Heart collection to spread awareness and raise funds for years to come. Part of the proceeds raised by this collection will help fund innovative research at local institutions, fight for stronger public health policies and provide more educational opportunities. So grab your limited edition shirts and hats this month before they are all gone at Charlie Hustle on the Country Club Plaza or online here!
