Lunch Date

Lunch Date

I had a little lunch date at Capital Grille and decided to wear a very casual look (jeans and a white ruffled button-down) with Sam Edelman knee-high cognac boots and a large lapel coat. I am loving this large lapel coat that I scooped up at cute online boutique, I Saw it First, because it’s cozy, oversized, longer than most of my other jackets, and under $50! I also enjoy the fact that it lends a bit of unintentional drama to an otherwise easy, classic look.

Can we talk about how awesome this necklace is? It’s from this amazing company called 7 Charming Sisters — each of the 7 “sisters” are co-workers and have different styles, and therefore different jewelry collections (this necklace from Kimmie-Life of the Party’s collection.) I just love the edginess of this necklace. I have paired it with one of my new favorite tops (under $20) that I have been wearing on rotation! I hope your weeks are off to a great start! Thanks for stopping by.

Each week we have been drinking Bud Light from these awesome team cans with the Chiefs logo on them, but when we played the Tennessee Titans, we ran out of Bud Light team cans, and we lost. Last week, we beat the Denver Broncos for the second time, and guess what we were drinking? Bud Light out of red team cans with the Chiefs logo on them! It’s only weird if it doesn’t work, and let me tell you, it’s working. #gochiefs #chiefskingdom #boysinblue #kansascitychiefs #kansascity #superbowl #17postseason #budlight #itsonlyweirdifitdoesntwork #playoffsbaby #Partner #sponsored
